During the case implementation the client or enroller will need to enable the campus table function in WeCare. Alternately, it can be requested on the billing questionnaire. The locations will also need to be provided in the client census data.
You are not restricted to only "inside the box" submissions for Group Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Short-Term Disability products. WeCare can handle all of the Aflac Group product rules - a major differentiator from other Aflac Ease partners. Box products are available upon request. Box products will reduce build times and are easily deployed.
For new cases, please mark the case as "won" in BCLM or EPS and complete the Account Confirmation Form (ACF). Please send the ACF these email addresses: GMOGroupRequests@Aflac.com and gb.aflac.gmo@amwins.com. Second, acquire a census from the client. If you are enrolling Aflac only you should have the client complete only “Employee” tab of our census template. Third, complete the Agent Notification Form and submit to GMOGroupRequests@Aflac.com.

Yes, the spouse information must be listed on the family data page in order to apply for coverage. This applies for dependent children as well.
Yes. High, Medium, and Low options are available on the Accident plan.
You can offer up to (3) different elimination periods simultaneously.
Yes, providing the location or department code is listed on the census. This information will be required for enrollment and billing setup.
Yes, the employee can choose an HSA contribution amount during enrollment and connect that to the eligibility requirements of the health plan.
All entries and submissions need to be processed in WeCare so a system of record can be maintained. Payment can be submitted with this remit spreadsheet. Changes can be made manually in the system or through Census File Updates. If electing an electronic census file process, coverage cancellations for active employees will still need to be manually entered by the client and/or employee to maintain the integrity of all carrier policy provisions.
We have no restrictions on the riders as long as they apply to all enrollments for the group.
